Team broke out into sections and did spikes (deep-dives into problems) on frameworks and technologies that we will be used.
Art Marketplace Minimum Viable Product (MVP) naming experiment / process
Put out survey to Discord community to vote on names
We need to refine voting/decision making processes within the DAO
Akkadia.io was a popular choice in the top percentage of marketing choice names as well as the community survey and we own the url.
New Mindflow has produced a master document in a samepage folder that brings all HOLON contributions together in one place.
Development, Marketing , Governance, Business - how are we going to structure the sale.
What the revenue split will be between the artists.
Goal is to remove silos, collaborate more effectively between the different core teams and have a central document for the six week lead-in to MVP launch.
People contributing include Jan, Dan, Anna Maria, New Mindflow, Phil (helping with outreach), Andrew (Mary Artwork), Hud (Research, Governance), Sev (research, competitive analysis) and now Jonathan to help drive progress.
